Reason for urgency:
I need to furnish the accommodation so that we can then begin the process of placing clients into the accommodation. I have two quotes, one from local company and the other central company. The local company is slightly more expensive but better quality for a longer use. Unable to obtain a third quote that can provide all furniture.
