Reason for urgency:
A decision by the Executive could not be delayed as the timetable for the delivery of the Watersports Centre as required by the Coastal Communities Fund funding could not accommodate such a delay.

Explanation of anticipated restriction:
Officers have had to update the sea wall details for the tender process for the Watersports Centre. As a result, a request has been made to extend the tender process and it has been agreed that the tender process be extended by a further one week to consider the implications of the amendments made. Due to the extension in the tender process, the tender process will not be complete and therefore the report will contain confidential tender figures.
