Community Governance Review Report by Head of Corporate and Community (attached).

Minutes: The Committee considered a report by the Head of Corporate and Community (circulated previously) regarding the outcomes of the consultation undertaken on the draft Community Governance Review proposals.
The Head of Corporate and Community advised that following the Ethics Committee held on 17th October 2018 consultation had been undertaken on the draft proposals (Appendix 1) which ended on 2nd January 2019. Details of the consultation responses received were detailed within Appendix 2 of the report.
RECOMMENDED that Council proceed with the proposals for the Community Governance Review.
He advised that the recommendation would be presented to Council on 25th February 2019 and if approved a Community Governance Order to give effect to the changes would be made. |
