Local car dealer previously issued with
Community Protection Notice (CPN) to desist from using the public
highway for parking of vehicles in trade was found to had resumed
the behaviour after expiry of the original CPN.
He was issued with a new written warning but failed to comply,
hence a new CPN was served on him. See M3 cases ref. WK/202005386

To serve Community Protection Notice under the
Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
Option 1 - wait for further anti-social
behaviour - ruled out as community was being affected.
Option 2 - do nothing - not an option as Council was receiving
complaints from several residents.
