To issue an enforcement notice under Section
171A (1)(a) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended)
in respect of the installation of UPVC windows.
The installation of the UPVC windows requires
Planning Permission as the building lies within Mortehoe
conservation area, is not a single dwellinghouse and so does not
benefit from permitted development rights. It is considered that
the UPVC windows results in an unacceptable adverse impact on the
appearance of the building and conservation area.
The enforcement notice is required to remedy
the breach of planning control.
